Paducah Quilt Show is Top 20 Event
The Southeast Tourism Society has selected the 28th Annual AQS Quilt Show & Contest to be held April 25 – 28, in Paducah, KY, as one of the Top 20 Events for the Month of April 2012.
The AQS Quilt Show was selected from among events in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Meet Alex Anderson
Alex Anderson is the Creative and Executive Director of The Quilt Life magazine along with her partner and friend Ricky Tims. Alex Anderson’s love of quilting all began in 1978 when she completed her Grandmother’s Flower Garden Quilt as a part of her work towards her degree in art from San Francisco State University. Over the years her central focus has been to understand fabric relationships and an intense appreciation of traditional quilts and beautiful quilting surface design.
